BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Stephen J. Luczo
Luczo has had a long career leading successful technology companies. Luczo served as CEO of Seagate from 1998 to 2004 and 2009 to 2017 and was chairman of the board from 2002 to 2020. He is known particularly for taking Seagate private in 2000 representing one of the most successful technology leveraged buyouts in history. Luczo worked as Senior Managing Director of the Global Technology Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Luczo currently serves on the boards of directors at AT&T, Morgan Stanley, and Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. He has served on the boards of directors of Microsoft Corporation (including serving on the CEO Search Committee and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee), Veritas Software, VMWare, and the World Wildlife Fund. Luczo also served on the Advisory Boards of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Sharen Jester Turney
Sharen is an advisor to global retail and technology brands and philanthropic organizations. For 16 years, Sharen was the president and CEO of Victoria’s Secret, a nearly 8 billion dollar brand. In addition, she spent the previous ten years as an executive with the Neiman Marcus Group, including launching Neiman Marcus Direct as president and CEO. A frequent media guest and featured speaker with business and educational institutions, Sharen Jester Turney enjoys interacting with people all over the world, discussing what the future holds for today and the next generations of curious minds influencing our global community.
Christopher Celentino
Christopher is certified as a business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification. In 2011, he was selected as one of the “Transcript 10,” comprised of 10 of the most noteworthy attorneys from San Diego County, by the San Diego Daily Transcript. In 2012, Christopher was the president of the California Bankruptcy Forum, the leading professional organization for bankruptcy lawyers in California, having served previously as treasurer and secretary; in 2018, he served as a co-chair to the annual meeting.
Ryan Gee
Ryan serves as CEO for the Gee Automotive companies and is Dealer Principal for all of its 27 new vehicle franchises. Ryan has led the company’s significant growth by focusing on the development of their team members and creating an unmatched purchase and service experience with our customers. Ryan personally serves on several boards including: the Greater Spokane Incorporated Board of Trustees, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Pacific U.S. regional board, past board chair of YPO Seattle Chapter, and the Community Cancer Fund, where he serves as Board President.
